Job Description :
The Incentive Plan Coordinator role requires a diverse skill set of analytical, technical and client service aptitude. On the analytical and technical sides, this role will research complex questions regarding various incentive plans using proprietary SunTrust systems; make decisions and adjustments to query data based on research and compliance policies; assist with project changes, delivery plans, in-house testing, and go-live efforts. On the client service side, this role serves as the expert on incentive plans and must become well-versed in articulating plan guidelines; plan and lead monthly training calls for new hires and transferred teammates and field phone calls from teammates with incentive plan guideline questions. The Incentive Plan Coordinator must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with a team and as an individual, acute attention to detail, the capability to manage several tasks/projects simultaneously and above average computer and technical skills.
Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years analytical experience. Proven ability to perform analysis, produce accurate and timely work with strong attention to detail. Demonstrate initiative to solve problems in an effective manner. Communicate effectively with all levels of teammates. Strong PC skills, including the ability to manipulate databases of various sizes. Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or work experience in the same capacity. SunTrust Retail Branch Banking and/or Retail Operations experience. Working knowledge of SunTrust’s proprietary software including Compass, ALS, Platform, Mainframe and SQL. Incentive experience within the Financial Services industry.
