In this highly analytical and consultative role, incumbent will be responsible for performing deep-dive analysis on client impact Fraud complaints and errors/issues, as well as other Consumer products (deposit and lending) and processes.  Specific duties will include determining the scope and root cause of the issue and formulating and executing a remediation effort, in partnership with Fraud Risk, at the case-level and for recurring trends.  The incumbent will also support resolution activities of any regulatory or Executive oversight issues the client impact event has caused. 
The Incumbent will also manage projects that involve analyzing data, stakeholder identification, and business process impact.  Deliverables will include communications in the form of presentations, data analysis, and informational e-mails.  This position interfaces with corporate executive leadership and requires strong business acumen and influencing skills.
Recognized as a Fraud Risk Subject Matter Expert.

Minimum Qualifications (48): 
Recognized as an expert corporate consultant in multiple disciplines. Demonstrated ability to lead and coach others. Expert knowledge of the business unit and related industry. Experience on project teams.  Experience managing a segment of the project work.  Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results. Excels in problem-solving, partnership, communications, persuasion, and negotiation.

Previous Fraud Risk experience strongly preferred.
