Job Description
The Incentive Tracking Testing Lead in Sales and Service Performance Management tracks and tests the validity of performance incentive data reporting.  This position supports multiple lines of business including Retail, Commercial, Business Banking, Private Wealth, Commercial Real Estate, Mortgage Cross-sell and Consumer Lending.  The Tracking Testing Lead works with information gathered from official incentive plan documents and guides to analyze types of testing to occur, formulate test plans, execute test scripts and review validation for production reviews.  This position requires Advanced Microsoft Excel for use in development of complex spreadsheets and workbooks containing calculations to validate data captured from the deposit system, ALS, Compass and SalesForce to report production results to teammates via EdgeSell.  Attention to detail and documentation of testing are critical in this role as performance incentive management is audited heavily and frequently.  The Tracking Testing Lead is a challenging position that requires incumbent to change priorities several times daily, work against tight deadlines, be available for overtime and schedule changes based on workflow, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, possess an aptitude for learning new technology and regulations, and a strong work ethic.  This position works independently as well as in a team environment; will coordinate workflow with 4-5 teammates daily.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

Expert knowledge of the business unit and related industry. Experience on project teams.  Experience managing a segment of the project work.  Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results. Strong problem-solving and partnership skills.  Professional communications, persuasion, and negotiation skills. 


Preferred Qualifications: 

Previous testing experience and incentive experience is highly preferred. Candidates with this background will be considered first. Additionally previous Supervisory and/or Team Lead experience is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be highly preferred. Ability to work some weekends, typically in 4th quarter. College degree preferred.
