Incumbent will perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions on the BankCard Operations team in support of Onshore and Offshore Card Operations activities. Acting as a first level auditor, incumbent will receive an assigned work load, then review the work performed in conjunction with the Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) and other regulatory guidelines.
Incumbent will provide their findings to management in the form of various reports done through Microsoft Excel but will also use FDR, SharePoint, and other systems.
Additional duties may include other reporting, reconciling, testing, and/or analysis as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 year’s banking operations or retail branch banking experience with an emphasis on analytical concepts. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, analytical and presentation skills. Experience in handling complex technical and research issues.
Associate degree with an emphasis in accounting/finance or 5 years equivalent relevant work experience in retail banking operations environment. Working knowledge of on-line systems and banking regulations. Strong background in MS Excel. Previous auditing, QA, or QC experience strongly preferred. Experience with FDR and SharePoint.
