The Senior CIB Development Program Specialist is the lead project manager for the Analyst and Associate training program within Corporate and Investment Banking. The Senior PS reports to the Program Director. CIB hires and trains approximately 180+ interns and full time analysts, undergraduates and MBAs annually.

 

Working with the Program Director, the Senior PS  oversees the summer analyst program (undergraduate interns) which is one of the programs that are managed by the team. The summer analyst/associate program generally has a class size of 90+ interns. The Senior PS manages all project aspects of the intern program including structure, onboarding, mentor program, intern performance evaluations, and final offer decision making.

 

The Senior PS maintains relationships with appropriate Human Resources/Learning contacts that provide guidance for the curriculum and execution of the full time training program. The Senior PS partners with University Relations with regards to recruitment strategy and the projects related to executing on-site final round interview days. The interviews will typically include 150+ candidates and equal number of bankers.


The Program Management Team also includes a junior Program Specialist. With direction from the Program Director, the Senior PS will delegate administrative and logistical responsibilities to this teammate. The Senior PS has a high level of autonomy, with support and guidance from the Program Director as required.

 

The Senior PS will have overall experience of 4 years with minimum of at least 2 years of previous experience in a project management, campus recruiting or program management support role.

 

The Program Management Team also includes a junior Program Specialist. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required

4+ years with minimum of at least 2-3 years of previous experience in a project     management, campus recruiting or program management support role; demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects 

Investment banking knowledge preferred

Ability to interact and develop strong relationships with all levels of employees

Ability to work well under pressure and interact with senior management 

Project management / organizational skills

Strong judgment, execution and decision making skills

Confidence speaking in front of a large audience

Excellent communication skills and strong team player

Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
