Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for managing Corporate Functions and Compliance learning programs at SunTrust. The PM will partner with the Learning Team (business learning strategist, curriculum manager, etc.), HR Business Partners, business leaders, and centers of excellence to manage and run the execution of the learning programs. Responsibilities include:
  • Manage all deployment logistics for Corporate Functions and Compliance Training
  • Centrally manage the deployment of enterprise required courses within our Learning Management System
  • Work with partners to:Identify and assign correct audiences for courses
  • Troubleshoot course deployment issues
  • Create and execute deployment strategies for courses
  • Manage Enterprise Wide Learning Initiatives
  • Run standard Learning Portal reporting


Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field required
  • Advanced degree in Performance Consulting, Organization Behavior, Adult Education Design Solutions, or communication preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and its application to learning and development solutions 
  • Demonstrable experience in life-cycle content management & tools
  • Demonstrable experience with current and innovative learning & curriculum design (including gap analysis, building in sustainability tools; change management, and evaluation of learning programs)
  • Strategic consulting skills; ability to partner with senior-level leaders to develop learning strategies to achieve business outcomes
  • Strong presentation skills - can manage group process and change tactics in midstream, if needed
  • Strong visual design and presentation skills 
  • Ability to develop measurement strategies to assess ROI of training strategies / performance analytics
  • Ability to think systemically about learning and development as a business strategy
  • Experience consulting with senior leaders to develop learning strategies to meet business needs  
  • 5+ years of experience in training consulting within large corp environment (or related experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing successful learning solutions
  • Experience in financial services industry (or related experience), preferred
