Provide accurate maintenance, review and timely generation of statements and other ancillary reporting for accounts maintained in the Private Wealth Management business segment. The Client Reporting team manages the processes surrounding settlement-date (cash basis accounting) and trade-date (accrual basis accounting) statements. Duties for settlement-date statements involves following established procedures to complete requests for setup and maintenance; reviewing monthly exception reports for quality control then making the appropriate corrections in the trust accounting system; and logging settlement-date statements returned in the mail. In producing trade-date statements, independent decisions must be made on what account activity needs modification and which income accruals and other asset position data need correcting then engaging the appropriate department or vendor to initiate the required changes in the trust accountsProvide accurate maintenance, review and timely generation of statements and other ancillary reporting for accounts maintained in the Private Wealth Management business segment. Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
  • College degree and 6+ years experience or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office desktop applications (particularly Excel)
