Job Description
To serve as the primary client service and investment contact for assigned clients.  Serves as a strategic advisor who provides insight and knowledge on the clients’ current Retirement /401(k)Plan and pro-actively presents clients with new product ideas, suggestions for alternate business strategies, and solutions to business problems.  Provides exemplary service to new and existing clients leading to superior sales and retention. Responsible for fielding account questions and problems with assigned client base.  Works with customers to resolve investment issues and questions.  Acts as main point of contact to assigned clients.  Will meet with clients and/or prospects periodically to review plan provisions, investment offerings and employee education strategies with the objective of  improving a Plan’s overall financial health and individual participant Retirement  Readiness.  Manages risk through appropriate adherence to policies, procedures, and effective fiduciary oversight. Demonstrates exceptional consultative skills that will include knowledge that is both business specific and investment oriented. Will also provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.  


Qualifications
Professional Experience/Qualifications 
•         We seek a candidate with client service or investment experience within the  401(k) retirement space. 
•         10+ (RM1)/10+(RM2) years of experience, including 5 years in a client facing capacity, is required.  An undergraduate degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
•         Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel.
•         Strong knowledge of ERISA, plan design and financial markets, fiduciary relationships, and investment concepts.
