The Treasury and Payment Solutions Product Delivery team is responsible for the successful execution of product development initiatives and projects as prioritized by the Treasury & Payment Solution’s leadership team. The Product Delivery team’s mission is to execute projects consistently using best practices that lead to predictable, well communicated product enhancements fully capable of fulfilling business case objectives. The team will be responsible for project planning, execution, commercialization activities, product launch and warranty following initiative approval. The team’s focus will be on product enhancements and new solutions for our core Treasury, Deposit and Card product lines.

The T&PS Product Delivery Manager 2 will be responsible for driving assigned initiatives to completion on time and on budget. The Delivery Manager will provide project leadership and/or the subject matter expertise needed to define and document business requirements, solution designs, workflow and process designs, client impact assessments, client migration needs, a commercialization plan, and collateral and training content collaborating with and/or directing the efforts of teammates in Product Management, Market Management, the LOBs, EIS, external vendors, Risk, Legal, Operations and various areas of the Consumer bank.

Understand client need for payments solutions, regularly validate with stakeholders
Stay abreast of industry trends and capabilities, including the regulatory environment
Develop, prioritize and execute multi-year roadmaps to provide identified capabilities while optimizing revenue and expense
Champion investment for product refinements that meet defined client needs
Monitor ongoing performance of owned products including revenue, expense, performance, operational and risk related trends/metrics
Manage third party risk for vendor relationships critical to providing product capabilities
Support stakeholders by providing subject matter expertise on the product capabilities and roadmap
Ensure product artifacts and materials are up to date and relevant



Basic Qualifications:

Seven years related experience in product management OR line experience working with products.

Professional communication skills.

Financial analysis, Project management.


Preferred Qualifications:

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Ability to gather and synthesize ideas for developing and managing products.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing.
