Support development and assist in the effective implementation, and ongoing refresh, of strategy for the core treasury and digital solution suite—balancing innovation, reliability and efficiency to meet client needs. Maintain T&PS product roadmap. Lead annual product planning efforts.
Conduct/manage internal and external research (e.g., surveys, market research, statistical analysis, focus groups) to inform product strategy. Includes responsibility for T&PS Client Advisory Council(s) and internal T&PS Advisory Group approach and engagement strategy.
Serve as an internal and external expert for treasury product trends, including broader financial services and fintech industry landscape. Represent SunTrust at designated conferences, speaking engagements, and other industry events.
Maintain strong relationships and effective operational partnerships with internal, LOB, and enterprise functional partners; and measure success on an ongoing basis.
Assist T&PS leadership with other product initiatives as needed.

4 years of experience in product deployment and/or go-to-market functions
Knowledge of identifying, designing and implementing product solutions
Knowledge of the application of product solutions to generate successful business performance results
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) with the ability to link operations, risks, and financial data to evaluate needs, impact, ROI, etc.
Demonstrated leadership skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage others
Good interpersonal skills involving ability to work cross-functionally; able to collaborate effectively inside department and across the organization

CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation
Masters of Business Administration
10+ years of experience in product management, strategy development or related experience
Experience in banking, financial services, treasury and/or cash management or sales industries
Extensive experience in treasury and/or cash management products strongly preferred
Experience in change management/change readiness
Experience managing vendor/third party contracts
Experience in demand management processes and technologies (e.g., WorkFront)
Experience in sales team enablement
