Job Description: 
The Consumer Operations Development Program will enable you to gain in-depth professional and analytical experience as you expand your leadership and collaborative skills. During this 2-year period, you will rotate through four (4) different assignments spending 6 months with each identified task. This program is committed to building diverse future leaders with core competencies and leadership skills to further your career goals. Here is a list of the functional groups that may be part of the rotation:
 
Business Transformation Office: Support the review of end to end business processes, identify ways to utilize business intelligence to drive stronger business performance and support business transformation initiatives to enhance client experience, increase efficiency and grow the bank.
 
Client Advocacy: Provide analytical recommendations to how we resolve real-life client issues through case reviews, trend analysis, and client support. Review complaint trends for possible process and procedure enhancements.
 
Consumer Banking Operations: Analyze real-life scenarios that are impacted by crisis operations, planning, and communications to internal branch teammates and clients.
 
Consumer Lending Operations: Support the consumer loan cycle through the application, processing and closing phases. You will also gain insight on supplier management through risk assessments with our vendors.
 
Governance and Administration: Collaborate on projects designed to enhance the operational and compliance risk profiles; identify and assess clients who may be involved in anti-money laundering activities; review new issues/projects to determine cross-team dependencies, potential impacts and resource consumption.
 
Mortgage Operations: Support the mortgage loan cycle through the application, processing and closing phases and gain insight into project and issue management in pursuit of providing responsible and sustainable home financing solutions for our clients.
 
Private Wealth Management Operations: Process real-life scenarios that are impacting client needs such as security trading, security settlement, account maintenance, non-daily retirement services management to internal advisors and clients.
 
What to Expect:
During the 2-year development program, analysts will:
  • Build business acumen, project methodology, technology, operations and management skills
  • Be assigned four(4) different rotational assignments providing breadth of business experiences
  • Receive continuous training and development
  • Network with senior executives and associates across business lines to perform lasting professional connections
  • Participate in community service activities
  • Cross-functional experiences enabling participants to pursue numerous career opportunities post-rotational programs
     
    Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or master’s degree in related field of study or recent graduate (within last 12 months)
  • Internship/co-op experience or relevant experience
  • Permanent eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Preferred interest operations, management, or process improvement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven passion to win, precision and analytical skills
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
