Responsible for managing team loan quality, deposit growth, documentation, and collection of a designated team, industry or institution's commercial banking portfolio; including business development and compliance to ensure business objectives are attained and results are reported appropriately. Coaches and motivates the Business Banking and Commercial Relationship Managers to achieve the sale of loans and deposits. Monitors the combined sales to performance goals of assigned branches. Responsible for selection, development and performance management of direct reports.
Manages up to 12 relationship managers with average team portfolio size of over $400MM.
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Credit, Treasury Management, Private Wealth Management and sales training.
- Completion of Formal Credit Training Program
