Job DescriptionCoordinates all operational policies to ensure standardization and efficiencies of workflow and quality assurance. Ensures timely and accurate input of collateral and tickler information into Stucky to track delinquent financial and collateral reports. Provides proactive monitoring of an assigned Asset Based Lending (ABL) portfolio to ensure available collateral supports risk and loan outstandings. Such monitoring aims at providing early identification of deteriorating collateral trends, as well as assisting Portfolio Management and Team Leader in taking aggressive corrective action to further enhance collateral monitoring of ABL clients. Reviews field exam reports to assess trend in collateral performance. Ensures adequacy of collateral and compliance is within approved credit terms and loan documentation. Administers a wide range of client service, support and problem resolution to existing ABL clients to maintain client satisfaction and retention. Works directly with clients to resolve operational issues related to services and products.
Serves as a single point of contact for ABL Team for communication of operations and administrative issues for a portfolio of primarily bought participation customers. Handles a smaller number of less complex relationships (typically up to 25). In conjunction with the Collateral analyst team leader, reviews loan documentation and performs audit after loan closing for accurate Compass set up. Has authority to make decisions within established Standard Operating Authorities. Finished work products require review by team leader or senior collateral analyst. Qualifications
- High School degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of financial services experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel or Access software.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of banking experience, including experience in Asset Based Lending.
- Fundamental knowledge of banking products and services.
- Experience with Stucky system
