Maintains and develops accounting systems and procedures to ensure adequate accounting and control for the financial functions.
Performs complex accounting duties under general direction. Analyzes data and makes recommendations to management. Assists in the training and development of staff.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance with 3 years industry experience analyzing financial information or 2 years Public Accounting experience or 5 years of bank accounting experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience in financial services industry.
- CPA candidate.
- Master's degree.
