Job Description :
This position supports one or more Private Financial Advisor(s). It works closely with Advisor(s) to meet the needs and objectives of the client(s). Serves as primary point of intake for all operational requests from Advisor(s) and clients. Plays a key front-office role in interfacing with clients, handling time sensitive client requests such as trading, supporting workload management, and triaging and delegating client and advisor operational requests related to transfers, withdrawals, account opening/maintenance to Centralized Support teams. Works closely with Centralized Support teams to ensure client and advisor requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Utilizes tools and resources to help Advisor(s) with the growth of their business. Assists customers with requests for information and research. Complies with all compliance & risk management policies and procedures associated with the role. The IA role reports to the STIS Region Operations Manager.
Minimum Requirements: 4 years professional administrative experience, including 1 year of experience in the securities industry. The employee will have very strong written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities. FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66). Strong customer service and communication knowledge. Proficiency in brokerage desktop tools and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in the financial services or securities industry.
