Responsible for electronic service functions within Wire Transfer, Automated Clearing House (ACH), ATM Banking, and client service support within these functions.QualificationsTypically responsible for highly complex duties such as providing user support to department, solid technical expertise, preparation of database schedules, proven analytical skills and knowledge of all department hardware/software and internal procedures. Typically requires experience in verification of large dollar items and/or new account duties such as client set up and creation of logs. May also require assistance/training of less experienced staff within department. Typically requires decision-making and resolution of issues not clearly established by procedures. Works under minimal supervision.
