Performs various client services which include preparing proformas, presentations, inputting implementations, preparing agreements, following up on outstanding implementations, and follow up with clients post implementation. Serve as the liaison between clients, client team business partners and support centers. Handles related client implementation servicing requests, issues and concerns. Resolves low to moderate Treasury & Payment Solutions client servicing issues.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
- 1 year of work experience in financial services or banking industry.
- 1 year of experience in sales, sales support, and/or direct client contact.
