Job Description
Responsible for facilitating the implementation of T & PS products/services by planning, coordinating and executing single or multi-product implementation projects.  Works directly and indirectly with clients and teammates throughout the pre and post implementation process to determine implementation approach, structural requirements and planning and assure satisfaction with product delivery.  Has an understanding of the treasury management business and the systems technology that supports it.  Must have knowledge of corporate treasury management processes and treasury practices.  May be responsible for identifying and suggesting solutions to clients and teammates to ensure a smooth client experience.  May be responsible for installing software and user training at the client site.  Provides the link between the clients, the treasury sales officers, other LOB's, technical resources and/or external vendors.
 
Plans, coordinates and executes all types of implementation projects for all Treasury Management products/services especially those newly established by clients.  Manages of all complex multi-product implementations.  Manages client relationships with significant client contact.  Directs and manages workflow of the team as well as mentors and trains other project managers.  Position may include supervisory responsibilities as directed by management.  Possesses an in-depth knowledge and understanding of treasury management products and services as well as the ability to formulate and drive solutions for clients and teammates.  Serves as a trusted advisor with heavy client and teammate contact expected.  Serves as an escalation point for project managers.  Fully understands impacts of further escalation processes and coordinates appropriately to achieve maximum and timely results.  Conducts full client needs assessment as well as identifies and directs cross sell opportunities.  Involves working with programmers, vendors and other LOB's to facilitate the design and delivery of TM solutions.  May supervise lower level implementation project managers.  Must be able to travel as required.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
  • 4 years general banking/financial services experience with expert knowledge and understanding of corporate/treasury management products and services and/or related financial background
  • Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced Project management knowledge and application of project management skills and methodology with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert organizational and time management application skills
  • Expert problem solving, analytical and consulting skills
  • Demonstrated leadership with job experience involving influencing and negotiating roles
  • Experience in the preparation and facilitation of group meetings 
Preferred Requirements:
  • 6 - 8 years general banking/financial services experience
  • 6 years treasury management experience
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of the Internet, browsers and PC environments with ability to direct and guide others
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting
  • Experience in supervisory role
  • Training experience
