The Operation Analyst 2 will support a minimum of two teams within Wire Operations. This includes supporting high volume in a moderate to high risk environment. Responsibilities may include Inbound / Outbound calls from corporate clients, correctly keying and sending their wire payments, reviewing wire payments for repair, daylight overdrafts and invalid PINs. Reviewing wire documentation from all business segments to ensure policy and procedures for wires initiation was followed. Responding to internal and external client requests for information related to the process in a timely basis. Adhere to the established key controls and guidelines for processes and escalate any issues within the request for quick resolution. Must be available between 8:30am and 6:00pm with flexibility for overtime when needed. Bi-lingual preferred.
Position can be Orlando or Richmond Operation Center
Monitor, identify, research, compile, and report daily operational data related to specialized transactions, functions, work volume, productivity, and finance and quality issues. Resolve issues related to specialized complex operation functions. Develop recommendations to mitigate control issues, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of department operations, and review findings with management. Responsible for escalation of production issues for quick resolution and understanding and supporting continuous development of systems owned by unit. Assist in the interpretation, implementation and communication of policies related to the operations financial, operational, quality and compliance issues.
Research, analyze & clear operational data within an environment with moderate levels of risk and complexity. Familiar with more then one function within the department and can be successfully assigned across the department. Assist in revising, implementing and communicating policies, procedures, and training materials. Act as a catalyst for change in making recommendations for stream lining functions and processes.
