 Overview:

 A Junior Coordinator for Corporate Access will work directly with the STRH Senior Coordinators, Equity and Fixed Income Research Teams, Sales and Trading and Investment Banking in addition to external Investor Relations, Corporate Management and our Buy Side clients. The Junior Coordinator functions in both an administrative as well support role through end-to-end execution of corporate access events. The Junior Coordinator will be trained extensively on all STRH systems, grow to independently and collaboratively organize events, and establish relationships with corporates and clients with the ultimate objective of evolving into a Senior Coordinator role.

 

o   Responsibilities:

§  Invoices

§  Budget entry and maintenance

§  Design and maintain event agendas

§  Coordination of events

§  Technology projects

§  Reporting projects



Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Some clerical experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Requirements:
  •   1 – 2 yrs experience
  • Recent college graduates who are proactive, self-starters and demonstration of leadership qualities
  • Enjoys working as a team player
  • Strategic and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
  • A general interest in financial markets and operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office   
  • Experience with event planning/management software (Dealogic, Ipreo, Salesforce) is a plus
