Job Description
Responsible for generation and management of a profitable loan and deposit portfolio and non-interest income from businesses with annual sales of $3MM- $50MM through the development and retention of long term, profitable client relationships. Responsible for the management of an assigned portfolio of business accounts.  Retains and strengthens current relationships and actively seeks to develop new business through prospecting, Centers of Influence, client referrals.  Ability to assess and  be creative in providing credit solutions to bank clients.  Meet and exceed sales goals in deposits, loans, revenue growth, profitability, and client acquisition. Work with 360 partners as  necessary to drive cross-sales through referrals.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience consisting of 1 years experience in a lending; credit, Treasury Management, Private Wealth Management and Sales Training or 1 year in a Financial services position. 
  • Demonstrated experience and success in meeting sales goals, managing client relationships and experience in credit, credit support or financial analysis.    
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of Formal Credit Training Program
