Job Description :
Investigate and provide resolutions to clients moderately complex written or telephone requests to executive management, regulators and other entities. Work independently, calling on resources across the organization to resolve issues. Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems. Minimum requirements: College Degree in Business, Journalism, or like discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 2 years demonstrated work experience in a financial services organization investigating and providing resolutions to customer issues. Sound verbal and written communication skills. Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision-making and diplomacy and tact in problem resolution. Preferred Requirements: Basic knowledge of SunTrust products, services and processes. Familiar with the varied bank information systems / applications used to analyze and research customer accounts and situations.
