Works independenty and in collaboration with senior CRE professionals from various CRE departments and sub-lines of business.  Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Works closely with senior CRE professionals from various CRE departments and sub-lines of business. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: 
  • Deal review information summary
  • Relationship Analysis Business Development 
Business Development
  • Prospecting research
  • Industry specific research
  • Market research
  • Special projects as assigned 
Sales Discipline
  • Preparing Pitchbooks
  • Pre-call planning
  • Building and maintaining a prospecting database
  • Online sales tools management 
Client Support
  • Attend Client calls and meetings
  • Support and participate in client planning end to end process
  • Community involvement
  • Analyst support and mentorship 
Effectively works with associated business partners across all CRE Lines of Business and Strategy/Operations groups under the guidance of senior Commercial Real Estate professionals.  Follows all risk related practices and policies. Individual contributor working closely with senior CRE leaders, level of autonomy will evolve based on knowledge, skills and abilities.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • years of related financial services work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree and experience mentoring/coaching
