The Project Manager position acts as Scrum master for our Rapid Release team working closely with our internal lines of business in prioritizing and resolving product reported issues in our production environment. This individual will have exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills in the management of work items for this team. This position requires an experienced individual passionate about delivering high quality work from a wide-span of business needs and includes a high degree of latitude, judgment and autonomy to accomplish the goals and objectives. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in and 5 years of experience as a project manager or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. In-depth knowledge of software development practices and information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices. Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function. Ability to plan and manage projects. Ability to solve complex problems by applying best practices. Ability to provide direction to the scrum team. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information. Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Banking or financial services experience. Project Management certification. Agile or Six Sigma experience. Previous experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) or another change control system such as JIRA.

We are currently seeking a multi-faceted individual to add to our growing team who has experience in working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include:

•    Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Accounting, Development and Quality Assurance departments acting as Scrum Master for the Rapid Release team.  
•    May act as business systems analysts. This includes resolving ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements.
•    Fulfills the role as first responder for urgent/emergency issues that arise and performs and facilitates root cause analysis sessions when needed.
•    Manages the business and IT relationship which includes facilitation of the business priortization process.
•    Ensures Legal and Compliance review when needed.  
•    Planning & facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training
•    Acts as Change Control Administrator for Rapid Release team deployment to production. 


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
