As part of the Consumer Client Advocacy team, the teammate will act as the department lead on complex data analysis and reporting projects as well as provide domain expertise (Complaints, Channel Analytics, MDM, CIS, and other data sources) on technology and Data Office projects, including but not limited to Speech Analytics, Complaints Volume Engine and Consumer Redress. The Teammate will assist with defining appropriate solutions for assigned projects, document Client Advocacy business requirements for new and complex reporting capabilities, and coordinate resources to perform pertinent user acceptance testing. The teammate will assist Consumer Client Advocacy Program Leads drive data and reporting efficiency and accuracy initiatives, including the systems and tools used to manage data requests, report/dashboard tools, and expanded use of more advanced analytic tools. In addition, the Teammate will be required to perform advanced analysis, and provide recommendations to management based on interpreted findings of the analyzed business reports. The teammate will be required to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and mentor or coach other department resources to effectively navigate associated change.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
Experience with Financial Services industry and standard Business Information tools, including SAS
Considered a Subject Matter Expert as it relates to SunTrust Complaints related data, systems, databases; including Salesforce, CME, Channel Analytics, CIS, and MDM

Strong skills in performing and documenting data augmentation and transformation logic for complex and disparate systems
QlikView Design & Administration

Preferred Requirements:
MBA or other advanced degree in related fields
NICE/Nexida – Call Center data SME
Experience with Data Lake, ClikFox,Survey data, Servicing Interaction Feedback tool, Workfront, and other specialized data warehouse/analytics tools
Experience with Text Analytic and other advanced analytic tools
