Responsible for providing support to all non production activities across the product implementation and client services teams within the Treasury & Payment Solutions (T&PS) Line of Business (LOB), including but not limited to internal procedure development, workflow and case management system administration support, development and delivery of new Teammate on-boarding training, coordination of training for the business unit for enterprise investment projects, risk management, audit related deliverables, department team building, and/or Voice of the Teammate activities, etc.
Responsible for actively leading and conducting technology intensive client training in a variety of formats, including webinars and one-on-one sessions on the various complex and technical product set-up within T&PS. Reviews training materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) to ensure its alignment with targeted T&PS products and/or services and training needs. Uses and deploys appropriate technology and tools to seamlessly support training applications. Interacts primarily with Market Management, also with Sales, Operations, and Product partners, to provide guidance on how their pertinent products/services should be trained to benefit the clients.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
- 3 years of work experience in treasury or technical related training.
- Proficiency in related PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite, LiveMeeting, and WebEx, etc.
