•Responsible for designing, coding/creating, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting solutions that satisfy the client requirements and meet company performance and architecture standards specific to digital online account opening for consumer products.
•Delivers technically complex web and backend technology solutions supporting Digital Sales using C#, .NET Framework, AngularJS, HTML 5, Bootstrap, ASP.MVC Framework, Web APIs, WCF, Windows Activated Service, SQL Server, Oracle
•Performs customized coding, software integration, analysis, configuring solutions, using toolsets such as Visual Studio, Cognos, TFS, GIT
•Provides technical expertise in designing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance
•Provides technical subject matter expertise and design capability for UI technology using tag management systems, specifically Ensighten.
•Leads/conducts robust unit testing using tools such as nUnit, MSTest, Rhino Mock and provides testing support for integrated testing
•Provides technical subject matter expertise for New Account Opening for Consumer Deposit, Small business, Credit Card and Loan Products specifically using Equifax eID Verifier/ID Reveal, Lexis Nexus, Google ReCaptcha, Fiserv Fundnow, Liveperson Live Chat
•Provides technical subject matter expertise for offer presentation during New Account Opening specifically using Somnio, Aprimo
•Provides technical subject matter expertise in application monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Zabbix
•Creates detailed technical designs with documentation for highly complex solutions and validates implementation plans for Consumer Digital New Account Center (NAC)
•Perform system integration support for all project work.
•Oversees problem resolution and tier III production support of digital SPA applications for consumer products for Consumer Digital New Account Center (NAC)
•Leads and participates in the Agile scrum development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions for digital consumer retail products in adherence to company standards using tools such as HP Agile Manager, Rally, TFS
•Mentors less experienced developers and provides guidance in removing impediments with Agile scrum master
•Provides design guidance and documentation for sprint planning for scrum teams.
•Provides technical expertise in Agile tools for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment for Build and Release Managements using tools such as TFS, GIT and Windows Powershell
•Utilizes experience with: Equifax eID Verifier/ID Reveal, Lexis Nexus, Google ReCaptcha, Fiserv Fundnow, Liveperson Live Chat, TFS, Data Warehousing; Business Intelligence; ETL tools; RDBMS; multi-dimensional database; Client Server; Unix; Distributed (JAVA, J2EE, .Net, Middleware, and/or Web Services) and Specialties.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in and 5 years of experience as a developer or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices. Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function. Ability to plan and manage projects. Ability to solve complex problems by applying best practices. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
•3+ years of Agile release train delivery and technical design for online retail products for financial banking systems
•Expert and demonstrated knowledge of SOLID Principles, Design Patterns , quality coding standards, PCI Compliance and OWASP Security Standards
•3+ years of development experience specific to opening consumer deposit, small business deposit, lending, and credit card accounts using Angular JS, Bootstrap, Web API, WCF services and business rules engine product and 5 years of working experience in Pega integration with portal technology (.NET base)
•3+ years of technical design experience for multiple scrum teams with multiple technology domains (Complex business logic engines, Shared services, and UI/UX based applications)
•Experience with establishing monitoring for digital responsive design applications for consumer products using Dynatrace, Splunk, Zabbix
•3 years of experience in job offered or 2 years of experience in application development positions with the same duties.
