Provides administrative support to individuals or department. Performs general clerical and general office duties involving typing, record and file maintenance, mail distribution, answering telephones, writing memos, etc. as directed. Can also input data into spreadsheets and/or databases.  Follows established procedures, methods and practices.  Devotes more than 20% of time to clerical work.
Entry level position. Performs general administrative or clerical duties using standard and prescribed procedures. Duties may include assembling information, creating and modifying reports, coordinating travel or meeting arrangements, maintaining department records and procedures, processing customer inquiries, composing basic correspondence. Interacts with internal and/or external customers to provide information and answer questions.

Basic Qualifications:  
  • Clerical experience. 
  • Basic office software, office hardware, and spreadsheet skills.
