This role is responsible, under minimal supervision, for providing configuration input to the implementation of the DLP tool set (currently based on Symantec
products) and for the administration and configuration support for implementation of the DLP solution as a whole. The incumbent will be responsible for the
configuration of alerts and reporting thresholds so that issues will be identified and resolved in a timely manner. The incumbent will also be responsible
for monitoring and reporting of any data protection issues identified through the DLP solution and determining recommendation and remediation for all issues
identified. They will also be responsible for process and procedure documents for testing and production support of the DLP solution.
This role will promote company wide information security initiatives, lead and assist in data protection and compliance with financial, privacy and other
security regulations. The incumbent may instruct / coach other professionals, collaborate within the Security Operations teams to coordinate the areas of
Identity & Access Management and Security Engineering, execute existing information security policy and provide guidance to IT security staff and other
stakeholders. The incumbent will also assist in determining threats, identifying risks and vulnerabilities to the organization and recommending corrective
actions. They will monitor and coordinate compliance activity with information security policies. Candidate must be technical proficient in security-related
hardware and software and apply advanced technical knowledge of departmental principles and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in IT security, audit, risk management, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and
work experience. Knowledge in information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice. Ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to solve
problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents. Experience participating in IT projects.
Ability to communicate complex information in straightforward situations.Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Banking or financial services experience.
Experience with access management lifecycle including relevant tool suites, (preferred CA Suite). At least 2 years’ experience with Ionic or similar data
security software. Experience with AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud, AD and/or Symantec LDAP experience is a plus. Advanced Excel skillset and ability to work
with large datasets for analysis. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge or experience related to processes of SunTrust
