Enterprise Governance is looking for an Enterprise Agile Tools Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is excited about building the tools and environments necessary for maximum productivity, increasing the velocity and efficiency of a deployment pipeline with clean and easy code deployments through production. Most importantly, the right individual is highly motivated, with a positive attitude and a passion for efficient, solution-oriented technical work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Set guidelines for the “Suntrust” way to use the tool and craft training
  • Craft guidelines for access and permissions
  • Manage/monitor the license usage to reconcile invoicing with usage
  • Monitor ongoing tool usage and counsel teams that aren’t aligning with guidance
  • Create dashboards for different levels of leaders / business & technology leaders
  • Monitor/approve requests for custom fields and features
  • Train team on correct tool usage
  • Create a conversion pipeline of teams and work with each team to move to the new work space
  • Assist team members in creating and maintaining developer and production environments
  • Possess working knowledge of continuous delivery tool sets and insight into rapid deployment, automation, monitoring and troubleshooting around the cloud hosted environment.
  • Assist team members to develop and maintain tooling to assist with things like integration tests, performance tooling, building production and staging environments, CI systems, source control etc.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
  • 4 years progressive related experience with proficiency and understanding in one or more functions, including 2+ years experience in process-related roles 
  • Relevant business process improvement, facilitation, and project management skills.  
  • Demonstrated skills in process assessment (documenting as-is) and process analysis (identifying improvement opportunities and defining future state).  
  • Previously worked within project teams to drive complex projects from process assessment to future state definition to solution delivery (including integration of process, people, and technology solutions). 
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills.  
  • Skilled with using Visio along with other MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).  
  • Strong presentation skills; solid verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • Strong data analytics skills and experience with building dashboards.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in learning system automation and deployment tools (Chef, Puppet, SCCM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving application and system-related issues.
  • Self-starter, collaborative team player, and desire to mentor other members of the team.
  • Ability to train teammates at all levels across the organization.
  • Understanding of continuous integration systems (Team City, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Rally, Mingle, VersionOne or Microsoft TFS.
  • Agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or SAFE Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT)
