Our Incentive Tracking Programmer is responsible for supporting the programming aspects of Edge$ell Online, the company-wide performance measurement and incentive tracking system. Using custom software, this position is responsible for developing logic based on interpretation of incentive plan documents, coding, testing, debugging and production implementation for programs on Edge$ell Online. Responsible for meeting timelines for programming new plans and enhancements to existing plans, performing unit testing of complex plan calculations, static and dynamic online screens, reports/files and maintaining and providing technical support for schedules of production, pilot and test systems.
Primary responsibilities include programming new/change requests for various incentive tracking requests tracked on Edge$ell including those for the Financial Advisor/Private Financial Advisor incentive plans.
- Business unit systems expert in handling all complex analytical systems development tasks
- Requires extensive knowledge of most hardware and software products
- Also has a thorough knowledge of the business unit, its objectives and all applications used within the business unit
- Typically involved in the business unit's long range systems planning and development
- Typically has 8+ years of related technical and business unit experience
College Degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in MS Office specifically Access and Visual Basic (VBA). Strong analytical/mathematic ability. Proficiency with report writing tools, SQL and/or related tools preferred. Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences. Good understanding of Financial Advisor/Private Financial Advisor processes and/or systems.
