Performs work that varied in nature usually dealing with highly sensitive financial and personal information. Devotes no more than 20% of time to standard clerical work. Performs departmental duties of a very sensitive and specialized nature; typically one or more specific responsibilities for the department are delegated to this individual as primary duties. Can make recommendations to management based on findings. May be the designated person that responds to all internal or external customer complaints or requests. Resolves problems with the ability to make decisions on own authority under standard operating guidelines.Qualifications
- 3 years Mortgage Servicing Experience
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate skills in Excel
