Responsibilities for the Client Engagement Project Manager:

  • Expansion of and ongoing enhancements to consumer client outreach strategy
  • Coordination with key stakeholders to review client outreach efforts, prioritization and effectiveness
  • Responsible for establishment of process and cadence as well as ongoing review
  • Coordination with key partners to develop client outreach reporting and analyze results  to ensure performance is understood and continuous improvements are made
  • Establish and administer process to solicit feedback from teammates on lead quality, best practices, areas of opportunity, etc.  Recommend enhancements to strategy and processes based on feedback
  • Leads ad hoc client performance projects and initiatives


Basic Requirements:

  • Recognized as an expert corporate consultant in multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach others
  • Expert knowledge of the business unit and related industry
  • Experience on project teams
  • Experience managing a segment of the project work
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results
  • Excels in problem-solving, partnership, communications, persuasionand negotiation 

Preferred Qualifications:

*  Experience in sales leadership or sales strategy roles

*  Ability to lead cross functional projects

*  Strong presentation & communication skills

*  Strong analytic and problem solving abilities

*  Ability to work well on teams as leader & participant

*  Ability to reside in Atlanta
