Job Description
Responsible for providing support for LOB Performance, Strategy, Execution, Operating and Risk functions, Industry and Client coverage activities for Commercial Real Estate clients. 
Works closely with senior CRE professionals from various CRE departments and sub-lines of business.  Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Business Development 
•Prospecting research
•Industry specific research
•Market research
•Special projects as assigned

Project Analysis 
•Financial modeling and analysis
•Project proposal, analysis, and screening document preparation
•Project due diligence

Sales Discipline
•Preparing Pitchbooks
•Pre-call planning
•Sales pipeline review  and management
•Salesforce Tracking
•Marketing material development and preparation
•Sales tools support

Client Support
•Attend Client calls and meetings
•Support client planning end to end process

Minimum Requirements: 
•BA/BS degree
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
•High work ethic and competitive drive
•Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
•Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•High level of adaptability and flexibility
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Typically requires 2 or more years of experience
•Solid understanding of business

Preferred Requirements:
•2 years of related financial services work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
