Job Description
Responsible for on-going forecasting and monitoring to increase schedule efficiency and align with strategic model. Responsible for organizing, analyzing, compiling and reporting data to improve efficiency. Promotes effective efficiencies through standardization and simplification. Coordinates and communicates reports, recommendations and efficiency changes to appropriate team leader. Interacts with SME's on campaigns, new initiatives and other projects. 
 
Responsible for distributing and inputting off phone activities using planning worksheets. Generate (monthly) and release schedules every 2 weeks with future exceptions.  Setup and manage quarterly schedule bids; Run monthly time utilization reports, Identify ways to improve scheduling processes or scheduling efficiencies; Run "what if" scenarios to determine monthly new hire schedules and schedule bids.  Ensure schedule bidding functions and new hire schedules are available on time and meet business needs. Validate by computing schedule efficiency. May act as a mentor to less experienced staff.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements: 
  • 3 years call center/workforce management experience
 Preferred Requirements:
  • 5 years call center/workforce management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
