Job Description:

Wholesale Summer Analyst Program

Leveraging our guiding principles of Client First, One Team, Profitable Growth and Executional Excellence, Wholesale Banking delivers a suite of products and services regardless of client size ranging from asset management, lending, deposits, capital raising, cash management, and merchant card services. The segment consists of four business units: Commercial Real Estate Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial & Business Banking, and Treasury & Payment Solutions in addition to three support units: Wholesale Risk, Wholesale Operations and the Wholesale Business Information Office.

The Wholesale Summer Analyst program provides the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the day to day responsibilities of a full time Wholesale Banking Analyst.  Wholesale Interns gain exposure to the Wholesale Banking organization, culture and strategy.  Interns play a meaningful role in supporting internal business partners and external clients.  Interns will be placed in one of the following areas, Commercial and Business Banking, Wholesale Risk, Commercial Real Estate, or Treasury and Payment Solutions.  The internship program will run for approximately 10 weeks in the summer months.  We have internship opportunities in Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; Charlotte, NC; and Greater Washington.  We often offer our top Summer Analysts the opportunity to continue in full time positions in the Wholesale Banking Development program upon graduation.

Training and Development:

Interns will benefit from on-the-job, online and self-directed training and development opportunities.  Each intern will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching.  Additionally interns will participate in activities like community involvement projects and networking events, and they will gain leadership insight and exposure through a speaker series.
